For those with a love of the water, our private beach includes access to a slipway for launching kayaks, paddleboards, or small boats. Adventurers can take to the sea from here and head around the coast to Balcreuchan Bay—a secluded, sandy cove known for its peaceful atmosphere and dramatic cliffs. Balcreuchan Bay is also home to the legendary Sawney Bean’s Cave, a spot steeped in local folklore that adds a touch of intrigue to the visit. This secluded spot is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or simply relaxing away from the busier beaches.
